Message of April 19 was read, stating the House passed SENATE                  
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16 with the following                                
amendment:                                                                     
                                                                               
	Page 1, line 16, after "use":                                                 
                                                                               
	Insert "without restriction, except as provided by                           
law"                                                                           
                                                                               
and so,                                                                        
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16 am H                                      
Relating to release of nonproprietary geographic                              
information system files in possession of the state.

Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House
